There are a variety of ways to feel good and to cultivate a world of wellness. Every culture has its own secrets to better health and longer life. I discovered and compared the benefits of practicing yoga. My intuition has gone through a metamorphosis from the time I started practicing.
I used to go through the motion, daily activities seemed monotonous and bland. With modern technology somethings we are in a frantic pace of life and most of us spend our days running, never stopping to L.I.S.T.E.N. There isn’t enough time to be silent and truly listen to anything or anyone. The breath in a Yoga practice is the link to your intuition. The breath works to focus & discipline your mind. It acts as the strongest catalyst to change the mind, and when both focused and controlled, your breath can provide clarity under stress.

Focus on being present, in the now, in this very moment that you can control

Yoga is not only Asana, but Mudra, Mantra and finally meditation. Yoga comes from the root yug, meaning to unite, to unite body and mind, to unite individual and cosmos.

“Your life unfolds in proportion to your courage.”
