CorePower & Transformations

In February of 2016, I started Teacher Training to learn how to re-create the moments I experience on my yoga mat. What I didn’t realize was the connection and growth that would soon follow. Starting friendships that I know will last a lifetime. If I could use some words to describe this feeling- all the words would concern with trans- transcend, transmute, transform, transpose, transfigure.

All these acts of growth to me are contained in these words. Thank you guys for experiencing this with me and for adding to this journey- using yoga as an art to transform, to transmute each movement and use this movement to teach us how to rise, love and create. Our training has shown how experience can be heightened, expanded and developed. How learning becomes the way to reintegrate ourselves, as a center of gravity, as an exercise in creative will, creating understanding to foster love to conquer all things.

The mission of CorePower Yoga is to show the world the incredible life-changing things that happen when you root an intensely physical workout in the mindfulness of yoga.
